Save money and time with our simple hire process. $30 for your first week, then only $10 for any additional weeks, or $2 for any additional days you have the machine in your possession.

ElleTENS Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions
The Elle TENS unit remains the property of The Birth Teacher at all times.
The Birth Teacher supply the Hirer with a Elle TENS unit on the understanding that it will only be used by the person whose name appears on the booking form and is not transferable between individuals.
The Hirer will have discussed the use of a Elle TENS machine with the care provider supporting their birth and will have received their Care Provider's approval.
The Elle TENS unit will only be used according to the instructions provided.
The Birth Teacher will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or damage sustained as a result of misusing the ElleTENS+ unit.
The success of ElleTENS+ is neither guaranteed nor implied.
The ElleTENS+ unit will be supplied to the best of our ability in perfect working order and ready for use.
The Hirer will have read the ElleTENS+ Instructions For Use booklet that is included in the hire and understand the precautions regarding the use of ElleTENS+.
ElleTENS+ should not be used by anyone suffering from epilepsy, fitted with a cardiac pacemaker or who suffers from (or is suspected of suffering from) heart disease.
Refunds will not be given if you do not make use of the ElleTENS+.
The Hirer agrees to return the ElleTENS+ unit to The Birth Teacher in the same condition it was received or a damage/cleaning fee of $50.00AUD will apply.
The Hirer agrees to ensure the ElleTENS+ unit is returned absent of any bodily fluids or a damage/cleaning fee of $50.00AUD will apply.
The Hirer will return the ElleTENS+ unit to The Birth Teacher within two weeks of their baby's birth or a late fee of $20.00AUD will apply.
The Birth Teacher reserves the right to charge the replacement value ($235.00AUD) of lost, stolen or damaged ElleTENS+ units or part of a unit. The replacement cost may also be charged if the ElleTENS+ unit or parts of the equipment sent out with the unit is contaminated with bodily fluids.
The hirer agrees to pay $20.00AUD PLUS $10.00AUD for every additional week (or $2/day) the hirer has the ElleTENS+ unit. Local drop off and pick-up to Emerald is included in the hire. If the ElleTENS+ unit is hired outside of Emerald, then the hirer agrees to pay for postage to and postage return,
The ElleTENS+ unit is tested immediately prior to dispatch.
It is understood that Maxine Kirby of The Birth Teacher will be released from all liability arising from or relating to the use of the ElleTENS+ unit for any undesirable or unexpected outcomes.
By signing the Hire Agreement Form, you are confirming that both you, the hirer, and The Birth Teacher understand and agree to the terms stated above.
